Beacon is a city located on the Hudson River in Dutchess County, New York. Beacon was so named to commemorate the beacon fires that blazed from the summit of the Fishkill Mountains to alert the Continental Army of British troop movements. Originally, an industrial city along the Hudson River, Beacon experienced a revival beginning in 2003 with the arrival of Dia Beacon, one of the largest modern art museums in the United States.

Departure from NYC
Guests have the option to arrange their own transportation to Beacon. *See package details.
If weather permits we will begin the day with a short hike.
Brunch
A special menu created for Resilient Fitness provided for guests with light Brunch options. Coffee, Tea and Juice included. *Any dietary restrictions please inform the studio at time of registration.
Sound Bath
Experience the relaxation and calm with our expert energy healer. Today she will use her singing bowls and bells for 90 minutes to start our day with positive refreshed energy. Short talk back afterwards.
Gyrokinesis ®
Using stools and mats Linda will take you through a 60 minute Gyrokinesis® arching, curling, and spiraling class. You will feel like you have a new spine!
Pilates
A 60 minute mat Pilates class will finish the class portion of the day. Prepare to feel every little muscle in your body as we work through the Mat series with the magic circle.
Free Time
Enjoy the local shops and scenery.
Dinner
Enjoy a healthy meal, locally sourced, and paired with organic/biodynamic wines. Selected especially for us by our sommelier. Discussion on easy lifestyle changes and where you might be going wrong without knowing it.
