Owner/ Operator and Pilates/GYROTONIC® Instructor
Tara is the owner and operator of Resilient Fitness Inc. Tara began her Pilates practice at the young age of 15. After a dance injury in 2004, Tara then turned to Pilates and GYROTONIC® as part of her rehabilitation. In 2007 she began her official journey in becoming an instructor and received her Authentic Pilates certification in New York City. Quenching her thrist to expand her knowledge of the body and the benefits of efficient movement, Tara then obtained her license in the GYROTONIC EXPANSION SYSTEM® in 2010 working under Master Trainer Young ah Kim. Completing the philosophy of health is a lifestyle, Tara enrolled at The Institute for Integrative Nutrition to become a Certified Health Coach. Combining her knowledge of fitness and holistic well being, Tara strives to show her clients that being healthy is easy, accessible and an overall lifestyle choice.
Tara works with special populations in both Pilates and GYROTONIC®. She is specifically trained for shoulder issues, scoliosis, lower back/hip pain, and Pre and Post Natal clients.
Olga Suarez Paz is certified in Pilates, Gyrotonic and Gyrokinesis with 17 years of teaching experience. She began her studies as a teenager and these systems have helped her to stay strong and injury free throughout her international career as a professional dancer and performing artist. Her technique is rooted in both, the scientific approach and the artistic expression. Ms. Suarez Paz loves to share her knowledge and experience with students of all levels and abilities and is dedicated to helping everyone move through life with strength and grace.
Holly received her mat and apparatus certification through The Kane School in 2013, and has studied KMI Anatomy for Movement Professionals with Simone Lindner. Her Pilates classes are fun, energetic, and motivating with focus on form, mechanics and mobility that is possible with Holly's strong emphasis on strength originating from the center.
Holly loves challenging her mind and body through rock climbing, hiking, and mud runs. Holly also trains in external and internal Martial Arts, including Muay Thai and Ba Gua, and aerial arts like pole and silks/hammock. Pilates has helped her preserve the longevity of her body making her active lifestyle and love of contact sports possible.
