Privates & Duets

We are currently taking both in person and virtual privates.

Each private or Duet session is 55 minutes in duration and tailor made to each individual client.  Don't expect the same session twice, however, each highly experienced trained instructor will build upon foundational exercises each session to make you stronger, healthier and work deeper both in mind and body.  We are meticulous at selecting each instructor that comes to join our team. No matter the instructor, you are in safe and knowledgable hands.
